Recently, I purchased a Flip video camera so we can make fun, “how to” cooking videos. This is one of our recent takes, “HowTo Scramble an Egg, Perfectly”, using basic cooking techniques.

Thanks for the tips, Chef! I’ll have to try leaving out the milk and doing plenty of whisking, as you did. They looked delish.
