		<description>I am going to try this recipe out for my husband's birthday. We never soak clams before we eat them (and I don't think we've done mussels on our own before). So, I see on the web recommendations to soak in salt water, and in some cases with corn meal also. What do you recommend? (or should we just not soak since we've done ok in the past without soaking)</description>
