
As I sat down tonight to write this, it occurred to me that all of my prior letters have been about me walking through lush forests, hovering over hearty stews on a rain-soaked day, or ranting like Andy Rooney about American diets.
I do get a bit dreamy at times. But I need to remember to focus on what's important to Hands On Gourmet. At the end of the day, it is you that's important to us -- that's right, you! It is you we are thinking of when we go that extra mile to give personalized service, when we execute magnificent events, and of course, we make our sumptuous food for you. It's because of you that Anne and Molly and I started this business. You are the inspiration for our efforts and the reason why we work 19 ‡ hours a day.
We are here for you, so please tell us what you would like to learn, eat and experience in a Hands On Gourmet cooking event. I'd love to hear about foods that you would like to see on future menus, or skills that you have seen on your a cooking program and want to learn.
