Molly’s interest in food and culture has taken her around the world — from high in the Himalayas to deep beneath the Red Sea. A strong believer in the importance of community and supporting local farmers and sustainable agriculture, Molly volunteers with the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture(CUESA).Molly holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a Moderating Certificate from the RIVA Institute. Combined with her experience in business development and system operations, (gained through positions at two start-up companies), her training guarantees Hands On Gourmet a solid “back office” foundation.Since she comes from a family of business-minded entrepreneurs, Molly has innate business acumen, which is extremely focused and forward-thinking. She has a talent for strategic business development and analyzing systems to creatively improve operations and processes. At Hands On Gourmet, Molly applies her open-mindedness and natural leadership to serving clients, creating partnerships with other food and wine entrepreneurs and managing the internal team to accommodate growth.
