Ingredients
3 English cucumber, diced into ½ inch cubes
1 red onion, sliced thin
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
1 cup yogurt
1 bunch mint, minced
1 bunch cilantro, minced
¼ tsp cayenne
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes.
