Salvador has been in the food business for over 20 years and has managed the details for many large food service operations.  Much of Salvador’s career was spent in the fresh seafood wholesale business where time and careful handling were essential.   He also worked for Briazz fresh foods, where he oversaw the fleet of delivery trucks and managed production for the commissary.  At Hands On Gourmet, Salvador is not only the warehouse manager, but the glue that keeps our events on wheels.
