Serves 8 people
Ingredients
½ cup honey
¼ cup orange juice
Zest of two lemons
Zest of two limes
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 pineapple, peeled and cubed
Wooden skewers
Instructions
Soak the wooden skewers for 20 minutes.
In a small sauce pan, heat the honey, orange juice, zest and cayenne pepper. Cook until it begins to slightly thicken. Remove from heat.
Thread the fruit and pepper on the skewers alternating each. Brush skewers with glaze. Grill until slightly charred.
